Timex's Marlin Neo Classic Chronograph takes its cue from the mid-century Marlin, a line that debuted in the 1950s and became a centerpiece of Timex's collection in the 1960s. The 40mm case is brushed stainless steel with curved pushers and a polished top ring, and the cream dial pairs metallic blue numerals and hands with a tachymeter scale for reading average speed. Subdials track seconds and a 24-hour clock, and the luminous hands stay readable in low light. The 20mm stainless steel bracelet fastens with a butterfly clasp that folds shut from both sides, and the watch is water resistant to 164 feet, enough for light swimming.
